Start the day with plain water as alkaline as possible, between 350–600 ml, upon waking.

Drink the coffee only after 11 o'clock, always simple, black, separated by ½ hour by any other food and accompanied only by water.

Water is drunk before with 20 minutes of meal, never after meals!
