Instead of eating automatically, without realizing what we put in our mouths, Mindul Eating encourages us to slow down and enjoy every swallow.

Practicing the Mindul Eating method involves the following steps:

1.. Slowing the rhythm: Eat more slowly, chew each piece well and enjoy the flavors and textures of the food.

2. No distractions: try to focus only on food. Avoid eating in front of the TV or while watching the phone.

3. Attention to the sensations of hunger and satiety: Learn to recognize the natural signals of your body. Stop eating when you feel full, not when the plate is empty.

4. Connect with food: Think about the origin of the food in your plate, the effort made to bring them to the table. This can help you appreciate more what you eat and make healthier food choices.
