Return

A product/parcel can be returned in the following cases:

  • Return of a product for reasons independent of Life Care company can be made within 30 calendar days of receipt, requiring only notification of this intention by e-mail to ps@life-care.com, mail, phone, SMS, or verbally.
  • For the return of non‑conforming/damaged purchased products, Life Care will cover the return – a courier will pick up the product directly from the address you provide. The time allowed for the return remains 30 days from receipt.

If upon collection the parcel shows signs of damage, this must be noted on the delivery confirmation. Important! Only by following this procedure will any claim be considered by the courier provider.

Thus, based on the damage report of products affected (damaged) during transport, we can register your complaint and initiate the product replacement process.

If you have issues related to an order that cannot be resolved by e-mail or with the person you are dealing with, you can request a free internal conciliation with Daniela Cozmaniuc at ps@life-care.com. You will receive a response within 48 business hours from the date of your request.

Upon receipt of the return, one of the following solutions will be applied – at the partner’s choice:
a. Replacement of the returned product with a new, identical product.
b. Refund of the amount paid – The value of the returned products will be reimbursed to your personal bank account; please send an email to ps@life-care.com to arrange this.

To return a product, you must provide all your identification details as a Life Care customer by any method you prefer: phone, email, or the return form available HERE, which you can include in the parcel with the returned products.

Life Care does not conduct animal testing for any of the products in its portfolio. For over 15 years, we have used alternatives that do not involve testing products on animals to validate the safety of our ingredients.

The ingredients of these products are grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, genetically modified organisms, or ionizing radiation.
Global programs and organizations define the term BIO/organic/ecological as follows:
• Bio/organic products are produced through organic/ecological farming by farmers who use natural resources and preservatives obtained from nature to ensure product quality for future generations.
• Before being designated and labeled as organic, a product must be certified by European certification organizations, accredited worldwide to guarantee the standards for becoming organic products.

The consumption of dietary supplements is recommended when we fail to meet our daily nutritional needs through diet.
