We do not collect and otherwise process sensitive data, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (shortened GDPR) in special categories of personal data. We also do not want to collect or process data from minors who have not turned 18.
1.2 So, according to "GDPR", they are personal data operators ("operators") - (i) Life Care Corp SRL, Romanian company with legal personality, with headquarters in place. The basis for which we process this personal data and administer this collected data may be in relation to the purpose of processing your consent, granted on the occasion of creating the online account and its validation, by requesting to become a LIFE client. At the same time, the basis is also a legal and/or contractual one, based on the contract/commercial report that was born between you, the client and the company Life Care, by placing the order and making the payments of the ordered products, by making returns of the non -compliant and/or refused products, but also a legitimate and indispensable basis of the company and the company. We will process your personal data to improve and take protective measures, whenever it is required, for the protection regarding the use of the website and the users of the LIFE platform that against cyber attacks, measures to prevent and detect fraud attempts, including transmitting information to public authorities, measures to manage other risks.
9. We also want to be completely informed and we understand to present the principles set by the EU Regulation 679/2016 and the User Rights on Personal Data.
10. The European Regulation in the field of personal data protection regulates a number of 6 principles to be respected by the operator (Life Care) when processed personal data:
1. The principle of legality, equity (fairness) and transparency. According to this principle, the company must ensure (1) that data processing must be done only in respect of the legal provisions, any other processing will be considered to be illicit, (2) that it processes the data only in the ways that the person in question would reasonably expect (3) that the processing must be transparency, that is, the operator to use the personal data.
2. The principle of limiting the purpose for which the data is collected. Our company respects this principle, forcing it to collect/process personal data only for the purpose determined and transmitted to the person.
3. The principle of minimal reduction of processed data. Our company respects this principle by collecting/processing only those minimum data necessary to carry out operations, adopting rules to ensure that it will not collect unnecessary data in relation to the commercial operation.
4. The principle of accuracy, current data. Our company will collect/process from its customers only accurate and current data.
5.. The principle of keeping the data for a period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed. Our company respects the principle regulated by the European Regulation, archiving/keeping your data only for the time period necessary to achieve the goals.
The principle of integrity and confidentiality. Our company has implemented all security measures and has ordered at the level of their own departments norms that are meant to ensure the security against unauthorized and illicit processing and against accidental data, damage or damage.
11. The European Regulation has ruled that natural persons (Life Care) benefit from 8 (eight) rights as follows:
a) the right to information (art. 13, art. 14). To take into account that in the introductory part of the document "Terms and conditions", as well as by this chapter, the information about: the identity and contact details of the operator and its representative are presented; the contact details of the data protection officer; the purpose of processing and legal basis; recipients or categories of recipients; data transfer information to a third country; appropriate guarantees; storage period; his rights; the right to formulate complaint; any consequences of data provision; the existence of an automated decision -making process.
b) the right to access (art. 15). The right to access of persons is respected by the company and concerns the following: confirmation regarding data processing; access to processed data; providing a child of personal data, which are the subject of processing; obtaining additional information (against a reasonable tax); remote access through a system that allows you to view data by the data subject; checking the identity of the person requesting information.
c) the right to rectification (art. 16, art. 19). The right to access of persons is respected by the company and concerns: indexed data rectification; Data complement.
d) the right of deletion (art. 17, art. 19). The company respects the right of deletion exercised by natural persons only in the conditions in which this right is exercised in a motivated/founded manner:
1. Reasons: the data is no longer necessary; withdrawal of consent; opposition; illegal processing. Also, by creating the account each client has given the agreement that Life transmitting its personal data to the contractual partners based on a legal obligation imposed by the European Union law or the internal one; offering products/services to a child, if the legal conditions are not met;
2. The law cannot be exercised and implicitly respect if the processing is necessary for: the right to free expression and information; respect for a legal obligation; performing a task in the public interest; in the field of health; archiving; scientific or historical research; statistical goals; finding, exercising or defending a right in court.
e) the right to restriction (art. 18, art. 19). The regulation confers this right to persons, and can be exercised as follows:
1. Cases: contesting accuracy data; illegal processing; data is no longer necessary;
2. The operator can only store the data;
3. Any processing regarding restricted data requires the consent of the data subject;
4. The operator communicates to all recipients rectification, deletion or restriction of data.
f) the right to portability (art. 20). According to the provisions of the regulation, the company respects the right of persons to request the portion of their own data, in a simple format, easy to read and to transmit them to another operator chosen by the person who exercises his right.
g) the right to opposition (to cease processing activity - art. 21), can be exercised only for the following purposes: direct marketing; research, scientific, historical, statistical; fulfilling a task in the public interest, the exercise of public authorities; the legitimate interests of the operator or a third party.
h) the right not to be evaluated by automatic profiling (art. 22) assumes:
