Method of preparation:

  • Adds all ingredients to a high power blender container
  • We recommend you to add the liquid ingredients for the first time, then the solid ones

Ingrredients:

  • 250 grams of white flour
  • 2 teaspoons of matcha powder
  • 2.5 teaspoons of baking powder

  • 125 grams of organic sugar
  • 60 ml of coconut cream
  • vanilla extract (according to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar
  • 250 ml of vegetable milk (soy, almond or cashew)

Method of preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  • Put the milk in a bowl, add the apple vinegar and set it aside
  • Prepare the check tray (either anoint it with a little oil and cover it with flour, or use parchment paper)
  • Mix the coconut cream with the sugar (use a mixer). Then add the milk with vinegar, and mix again.
  • Add solid ingredients: sifted flour, baking powder, salt and matcha powder
  • Mix the composition again and pour it into the baking tray.
  • Bake it for 50-55 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius or until the toothbrush test passes.
  • Allow it to cool for 10 minutes, then remove it from the tray and let the check to cool completely.
